Dr. Amar Khoday, Associate Dean and Professor

Dr. Amar Khoday is Associate Dean (J.D. Program) and Professor at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law. Marc Kruse, Director of Indigenous Legal Learning and Services

Marc Kruse, JD, is Director of Indigenous Legal Learning and Services at Robson Hall and an associate with Rees Dyck Rogala Law Offices, where he practices criminal defence. A member of Muscowpetung First Nation in Saskatchewan, Kruse brings vital Indigenous perspectives to Criminal Law and the Canadian Criminal Code. He has published extensively on Indigenous educational ethics, social justice education, and professional ethics in leading journals including the Harvard Educational Review and Educational Theory. Kruse co-teaches Robson Hall's Indigenous Course Requirement and received the Indigenous Awards of Excellence Staff Trailblazer Award in 2022. Dr. Brandon Trask is Associate Professor of Law 

Dr. Brandon Trask is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Manitoba and Adjunct Fellow at St. John's College. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba and Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, specializing in law and economics. Before joining academia, Dr. Trask served as a Crown Attorney in Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia, gaining hands-on experience with hundreds of criminal cases across multiple court levels. He founded the Rights Clinic at Robson Hall in 2022 and has taught over 1,100 students in criminal law and related subjects. His research focuses on criminal law and procedure, evidence, constitutional law, and mental health law. Adriel Weaver, Sessional Lecturer

Adriel Weaver is a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto's Criminology and Sociolegal Studies program with a distinguished litigation practice spanning criminal, constitutional, Aboriginal, and administrative law. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada.
