Alternate file format request

For Higher Education and Professional Materials Only

McGraw Hill Canada strives to deliver its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.

Requests can be submitted one of two ways:

  1. Ontario institutions involved in the AERO project can visit the AERO website to request Canadian material: www.alternativeresources.ca
  2. The below Alternate File Format Request form can be completed by a representative of the Accessibility Office that has validated the student need, their registration in the course which uses the education material, and that the resource has been purchased by the student or for the student. Once this form has been submitted to McGraw Hill, the turnaround time to receive the files is usually two to ten business days.

If you have questions or concerns, please e-mail us at [email protected]
